I believe that there are powerful elements in the USA that are happy with the Strait being closed. This is rewarding oil producers and processors in red states while hurting blue California proportionally more.

Also, it appears that Trump enjoys any actions that hurt allies more than they hurt him. He's waiting for someone who cares more about the Strait to devote their resources to sorting this out.

All noise to the contrary is lip-service and market manipulation.

Maybe it's because I don't know anything about how claude plugins work, but I find it odd that there's no actual TS code in the mentioned repo: https://github.com/LegalRabbit-AI/legalrabbit-docx-claude-pl...

There is a zip file of code in the releases though. I wonder if the LPGL 3.0 license covers that?

UPDATE: the zip file is just the repo itself. So everything interesting is in the legalrabbit-docx-mcp.exe, contained in the GitHub releases.

I have a Macbook Pro with M1 Max processor. I build llama.cpp from main every week or so, which I'm pretty sure includes Apple's 'metal' acceleration. That's it tho.

I use opencode with local Qwen 3.6 or GLM 4.7 models, running in llama.cpp, and am very happy with it for a lot of coding and code analysis work. Infinite tokens!
