based on what you said, and my assumption that Elixir (thanks to Erlang’s VM) is pretty good at concurrency, then yes Elixir would be good for crawling

we are right now in the stupidest era of software
reality must surprise me for this to get worse than I fear
however in my view, the underlying problem is not exclusive to software but extends all all kinds of digital assets. in short, digital property has brought out the worst of capitalism; marx had no idea.
assuming it does get a lot worse; human life will abandon city life. I like to imagine this is why Einstein allegedly said that in a fight between humans and technology, humans were going to win. then again, maybe in the future the city will be rid of humans same as we are (were?) trying to destroy all insects

my take is that astrology works because as kids growing up under the current offset between regular year and school years have a statistically similar experience given the time of the year they were born
so I’m blaming the homogenity of school experience as a way to explain away the personality similarities between people sharing a “zodiac sign” i.e. born around the same time of the year
but I do hope I got shadowbanned already

I have an easier “solution”
just pretend PCM is notation and that’s that. problem solved
the new problem introduced, however, is that now a “musician” (interpreter) is just a wav player
and a musician creator (singer songwriter, or composer, or producer of some sort) must choose zero or one way too many times in order to “write” one track.
