Its a luxury that affluent people have to limit these things. When you're at your limit after a long day of work and still have stuff to do at home the kid gets the phone, iPad, or whatever while parents do the needed to run the household. Wonder why obesity is such a problem for poorer families. Convenience.
Yes, tech companies are liable for pushing this technology that they know to be addictive.
There is no apologist revisionist history for billionaires that are actively making the world a worse place. People act like Jobs was some kind of hero. Dude was a snake. Made some damn good products, but you don't achieve that level of wealth by being a kind person.

Regulate and fine social media and adtech companies until its no longer economically feasible to generate the massive profits and stock valuations that is prompting this garbage.

Ha, I think the great crimes and wrongs title goes to Angular. I became a front-end guy specifically to avoid all the OOP verbosity. I'm just trying to call some APIs and render some data on a web page. I don't need layers of abstraction to do that.
Anyways, is there a "just use vue" effort like there is with postgres :)

Sucks to be Zuck. Poor guy could have bowed out a decade or two ago and be doing all sorts of cool stuff. Might have one less yacht, but that's not what really brings him happiness. No, just that Meta's stock goes up.

Its not always included. I think they added it to highlight how old he was.97 years is quite the accomplishment, so I don't interpret it as disrespectful.

I wouldn't say he's one of the best CEOs. He's been "successful" by
- selling an unhealthy addictive product
- burying research on its mental health impact on children
- engaging in anticompetitive behavior
Oh yeah, add stealing the original idea for facebook from the Winklevoss twins. I'll take being a loser if that's what it takes.

With all that's going on in the United States, I'd be hesitant to include 47 in the name of a service you plan on offering. I was expecting this to be some MAGA job board or something, not AI Fiverr.

It also seems like a lot of these layoffs due to AI are just regular layoffs.
Let's reduce headcount and spin it as AI disruption! That way we dont have to acknowledge we overhired during covid AND our stock price will go to the moon as they say.

Not to be rude, but unless your portfolio site is nothing short of spectacular you shouldn't include one. In all likelihood, its doing you more harm than good.
Keep your head up. These are interesting times. Things will get back to normal at some point.
