I've been experiencing a similar problem after 30% layoff at my company.
30% does not tell who is expert or not. This amount of layoff includes very exprienced engineers inevitably, which causes very slow speed of problem solving, piling up of issues.

I feel same. The title looks like I could have on-deivce ChatGPT with $100 forever. I couldn't imagine it's about training the model by myself.

This is a bit off topic, but mobile first has caused some websites to not support the desktop version at all. They say there are not many users access them from PCs. I'm very shocked that they just have decided to end the desktop version support because of current # of visitors, even though they have given superior experience through the desktop version. These days I feel like our window to look around the world getting smaller. I have a 32 inch monitor but to shop something, I have to use my 6.8 inch phone.
