Even the Pixel software just feels like a knock-off of iOS. Same UI paradigms, gestures, etc but everything feels cheaper.

I've always used Android, thinking that it would improve with age. But eventually I had to face the fact that Android is always going to suck. On top of that every year it gets more and more locked down. Why not buy an iphone instead? At least it works well.

Well, there clearly is a conflict going on in Ukraine. But I don’t think the media is on my side. They are with the powerful, which have every incentive to lie to me to justify the inflation, escalation of the conflict, etc.

That's the joke. People and corporations streaming HD video use a disproportionate amount of bandwidth which require more hardware capacity and peering deals. I think it's not crazy to ask that they pay a fair price for it. As someone who doesn't stream HD video I would like to have cheaper connections available if I don't want to pay for the bandwidth usage of other customers.
