Unless you mean remixing the alphabet / tokens, this is mathematically false. 2^256 gets you to unique very fast, and that’s like 252 bytes or like 80 tokens. Remember almost all numbers are irrational. Complexity is infinite.

I thought even intel was using tsmc fabs for their own chips. Usa just needs to annex Taiwan and South Korea or create a new Taiwan / new sk in Arizona and bring half the Taiwan population here. Kind of like Israel and Cuba.

Modern warfare mostly targets military weapons: missiles against missiles… or financial weapons: oil price steering. Lawyers pens against lawyer pens. even military casualties are avoided. There is 0 appetite for senseless destruction of civilian infrastructure. You are thinking ww1,ww2 which are not modern anymore.
