The reason for suspension is probably the quotes in her name. A Google engineer on g+ posted that you should not have any special characters in your name to avoid getting suspended.

App Engine has a billing plan if you want to use more resources than the free quota. http://code.google.com/appengine/docs/billing.html It is a lot cheaper than AWS

It is working intermittently. Apparently this works with hotmail as well because Facebook has a tie up with Microsoft.

Navigate to address.yahoo.com

Navigate to Tools -> Import

Select Facebook icon

Grant permission to import from FB to Yahoo

After import, navigate to Tools-> Export
