This means that you may get a Green Card without having to return to your home country to complete visa processing.

I'd highly recommend RiP!: A Remix Manifesto [Grokipedia](https://grokipedia.com/page/rip_a_remix_manifesto) [YouTube](https://youtu.be/quO_Dzm4rnk). It's been a long time since I watched it but I'll have to re-watch it. Keep in mind this came out almost 20 years ago, well before LLMs. I don't know where we'll land but humans are also remix machines, that's what creativity is, I think the beauty of what LLMs are is the first technology that has captured some essence of creativity. Of course, it's lacking direct emotion/sentiment but I also think people are failing to understand the role of the human in using the LLM. We are the final filter that is recognizing quality, projecting emotion/sentiment, etc.

It's so simple it's hard to really appreciate. Accepting what is and acknowledging that all you can do is your best and other mindful practices can really help. Easier said than done. I'd highly recommend the Healthy Minds app as a nice, no cost place to start learning. It grew out of a University of Wisconsin program and, as far as I know, is funded by donations and grants.
Healthy Minds

My team uses draft PRs and goes through a process, including AI review, before removing the draft status thereby triggering any remaining human review.
A PR is also a decent UI for getting the feedback but especially so for documenting/discussing the AI review suggestions with the team, just like human review.
AI review is also not equivalent to linter and static checks. It can suggest practices appropriate for the language and appropriate for your code base. Like a lot of my AI experiences it's pretty hit or miss and it's non-deterministic but it doesn't have much cost to disregard the misses and I appreciate the hits.

This is disappointing. I thought Anthropic was a more privacy and safety focused company and so I had chosen to use Claude Code over their competition. Now they are less privacy focused than Gemini Code, which only does this for the free tier. My work was already providing GitHub Copilot but I was rooting for and supporting Anthropic. Now I'll either just use GitHub Copilot or Gemini Code both of which are still private for paid tiers.

I appreciate you citing the USAID funding but you seem to be trying to prove a point rather than get to the truth. Screwworm detection and prevention was not halted because of the USAID shutdown, USDA is actively working on it, one can see this by going to usda.gov and searching for "screwworm". I really appreciate ajmurmann's edit which acknowledges this.

Diluted juice is still a useful suggestion as an alternative idea. I don’t get why people would down vote; that’s not what down vote is for. I like diluted juice quite a bit, 25-50% tastes fine, it’s akin to tea to me. It would be interesting if more beverage companies made a “add your own sweetener” version which is how unsweetened Kool-Aid drink mixes come. They have maltodextrin in them but say they are 0 calorie so I’m not sure if that means it’s a tiny amount or if it somehow gets away claiming zero calories. Just be aware Kool-Aid has sweetened versions as well. I still mostly drink water but some variety is nice.

After seeing tjpnz's comment and re-reading and reading the linked Mozilla announcement I was misinterpreting the article. I thought the article was just saying that they would continue to support Manifest v2 while adopting Google's Manifest v3 and then was saying Manifest v2 was going to be retired around a year later. However, the Mozilla announcement makes it clearer that they are implementing a fork of Google's Manifest v3.

Is Firefox really a solution anymore? Recent news about Firefox implementing [Manifest V3](https://9to5google.com/2021/05/28/firefox-manifest-v3-extens...) with "Manifest V3" appearing to be another attempt from Google to kneecap privacy extensions. I've been considering Brave which I had pretty much ignored but I honestly don't know who to trust. I think it's basically common knowledge we can't trust either Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
