I've started on another daily challenge.
After working a bunch on logic puzzle Ruly [0] which is now in a steady state and visited daily by a small group of users, I've begun a new puzzle based on the relative positions of cities, towns, landmarks, and points of interest in my native Yorkshire (likely to be followed by other territories).
I'm experimenting with different ways of using Openstreetmap data to make something that tests local knowledge in novel and interesting ways. Working title: Where the Heck? An initial prototype will be ready soon.
[0] https://playruly.com

I'm continuing work on my daily procedural logic puzzle, Ruly.
https://playruly.com.
You play by setting rules onto a small grid of numbers to maximise your score.
My focus the past few weeks has been on refining the difficulty by experimenting with different rule types, and improving the UI.
I'm pretty happy with the look and feel now but feedback is always welcome, and I'm especially keen to hear what you think of the level of difficulty of the puzzles. It's a tricky balance to introduce variety without adding complexity.
There's a (very) small contingent of daily players now which is really motivating.
Your comments very welcome.

Love this. Small suggestion for mobile UX: either hide the system keyboard, or allow the user to hear the currently selected typewriter sounds for their system keyboard taps. Not sure this is intended behaviour, but typing on mobile gives a generic click unless I use the poky on-page keyboard and thus lose the muscle memory needed to type quickly or accurately.
Also navigating back in mobile browser should close the active keyboard as on a small screen it looks like you are on a new page so it's surprising when back throws you out of the site.

Thanks for trying it out. I'm experimenting with some more variants, for example having more 'rules' than cells, so that you have to choose which ones you'll use.

I'm working on Ruly, a daily number/logic puzzle where you set rules on a grid.
https://playruly.com
My goal is to make a simple yet interesting procedural and replayable puzzle. It has a couple of weekly variations: on Saturdays you need to break a rule to score max points, and on Mondays there's an added memory aspect which brings variety to the game.
It's mostly vibe-coded which lets me focus on game design and testing. The next step is better onboarding/tutorial and more intuitive UI.

This is factored in. The sea level rise comes from ice that is currently sitting on continental shelves, hence why Antarctica is a particular concern.

I've had exactly the same experience today, having been asked to complete a captcha (of a type I haven't seen before—rotating a 3D object) after every prompt. I'm logged in and a paying subscriber of more than a year. I assume it is a bug.
