You can definitely pirate IAP. Back in the day it was as easy as using a proxy. Nowadays you need to inject 3rd party software into the app.

I have a M1 iPad Pro, running Windows 11 on that Version of UTM. It runs surprisingly well. I was able to use the desktop Version of Photoshop without any Problems (even more demanding filters). I even was able to run rekordbox and connect my DJ Mixer to it so USB also seems to be working great.

Im pretty sure that if the person you sent it to doesn't accept the gift it gets put back into your inventory after some time.

They do also sell keys, but most of the time the Steam gift is way cheaper.

For example the Garrys Mod Steam gift goes for ~9€ [1] while the key goes for ~16€ [2]

I think its simply not worth the extra effort.

Most people cant tell the difference between 90% and 99% close to original so they dont need to improve their quality to that point.

It also has the base background noise, wich made me stop using Skype back in the day.
