I mean, one of the first things they teach in motorcycle safety classes is that the road stripes are slippery and could cause a crash, especially in the rain. Even if there us a standard for how slippery it can be, it still doesn't match the traction of the road surface.

The cooling is not an issue for their current designs. Look at their AI1 Satellite specs. They clearly have the cooling figured out. The thing is that it's not a datacenter, it's a single rack. A single rack that weighs multiple tons.

You can figure out the weight of the thing based on the total power output, and "power to weight ratio" from SpaceX's own diagrams. Then look up how much it costs to launch per ton, and even look up what they are projecting it will cost with Starship. Even if they get costs down, it's still astronomical. I just can't figure out who would pay that much money to put a rack into space. There's no way the power savings are worth it. Unless you have some niche where you need your workload in space, I can't see the value at all.

God... Subaru's whole interface is a horrific looking clusterfuck. That big-ass screen and it's just a huge waste.

I've driven the 2025 and the 2024. The 2024 not only had all the crappy UI, but the driver assistance features were also alerting you constantly, and they were terrible. I was amazed how much they toned it back and improved it with the 2025.

Still wouldn't buy either of them personally. The constant nags and alerts are so fucking annoying and distracting. The seat belt chimes that don't shut off and get louder and louder make me want to rage so hard. I am religious about wearing my seatbelt, so there's absolutely no reason for it to piss me off so bad.

I put heated grips on my motorcycle. I thought it seemed dumb, your hands are out in the wind, and the back of your hands will still get cold. Nah, it warms up your whole body and it's a total game changer.

Because Polestar isn't a household name in the US. Most people have no clue they are even selling Polestars here. Volvo is very well known brand that has been established in the US for many years. and most people don't know it's Chinese-owned now. If someone said "ban Volvo" people would actually stop and wonder WTF is going on. You say "ban some brand of Chinese EV that you've never heard of," people aren't really going to care that much.

I still don't know anybody who gets good 5g service anywhere. It seems like total shit. I know multiple people who have tried 5g home broadband and its slow and intermittent garbage and they sent their equipment back.
