this is great. I've been using AI for health optimization (exercise routine, diet, etc.) based on my biomarkers for a while now.

Once ChatGPT recommended me a simple solution to a chronic health issue - a probiotic with a specific bacteria strand. And while I used probiotics with before, apparently they have all different stands of bacteria. The one ChatGPT recommended me really worked.
