I think the opposite because in this specific case we have the US which has the world's strongest navy, and the strongest navy by far in the Atlantic.

My opinion is that there is an implied reliance on the US "allowing" Europe to ship the rockets to Kourou and launch them there.

If our relations ever completely sour, the US might, for example, take over the shipping vessels going to Kourou, kinda like Europe takes over Russian shadow fleet vessels.

Now all of a sudden Europe has no means of launching rockets, except now it can launch to polar orbits. It might seem a stretch, but there is a non-zero chance that could happen, therefore it is better to have an alternative.

Because it is in their own interest to hype it all up every time they release a new model. By they I mean people which stand to gain financially.

To be fair, I didn't watch the video to the part where he mentions monkeys writing Hamlet, but I thought the point of the monkeys is that they will stumble upon a Hamlet by accident at some point in time, by randomly pressing buttons on a keyboard. Obviously, it would take a long time, but it would happen at some point.

What is the purpose of this outside people with disabilities? Why do you need word highlighting, it's like those TikToks and IG reels where they show one word at a time to keep you hooked.

Surely, if you need this to read a book (again, besides any disabilities), you should stop your current habits.

Well, Kosovo and Montenegro haven't joined the Eurozone. They just use the Euro, but they have no influence in the monetary (?) policy.

Edit: I'm not the first one to point this out, so to add some new information: both of them used Deutsche Mark prior to Euro, Montenegro even under the union with Serbia.

That is not the point I was making. I am not talking about validating software or maths. It can generate stuff that is valid, but bad and incomprehensible.

How would you not care? Are you a robot?

They can say random stuff with the goal of increasing their shareholder value. Things they spit out do not have to be true. It is not easy to verify things they say, therefore, everything they say should be taken with a huge grain of salt.

C'mon AI companies, pivot to lawyers or doctors already.

Trying to convince us that mathematics and software engineering are "solved" is getting very tiring.

The pushback would probably be too much for the soon-to-be IPO-ed companies.
