Or everyone is getting an equal % of the share? In which case SHE's not getting 93% richer just cause her start up is.</p>

<p>At work, we have a big Rails app with lots of tests. Wrote about a bunch of things I did to speed up our CI workflow.<p>Most things should apply to other frameworks & platforms too though, it's not specific to Rails.</p>
