There is sub-GHz WiFi HaLow now which gets you to km distance without outrageously large antennas.

Yea the Gepard seems like a much better fit for those cheap drones.

Unfortunately it's been long discontinued and it's successor Skyranger is still facing some technical difficulties as of recent reports.

The limiting factor on the lifetime of any satellite is fuel. Especially for large structures that are influenced a lot by atmospheric drag and solar wind.

Why do you need batteries? Why do you think the solar panels to run the heat pump require as much space as you save on the radiator?

Scam center operators in Myanmar have resources well over $600k, they are building entire office blocks for forced labor scam centers.

If the ROI is there I absolutely see them venturing into that direction.

Same for Germany, we have the 63€/Month Deutschlandticket. It's only valid for regional trains (but also all local buses, subway and tram systems) though, so for long distance travel you have to switch trains a lot.
