Some people made grandiose claims about its capabilities and I wanted to experience it myself.

it triggered for my.... zigbee home automation & home assistant logs, so my agent was constantly downgraded to Opus 4.8 even after I've changed it back. The false positives never stopped. "Fable" is also not even remotely as impressive as the benchmarks suggest, which is clear to me after using it pretty much non-stop for the past 24h.

Apple doing their best to keep "small developers" small, since the catch is that in the following year, because those "small" devs exceeded the $1 million mark even temporary, just once, will be disqualified from the Small Business Program for the entirety of the next calendar year. They will pay the standard 30% commission on all earnings from the very first dollar.
The emergence of this SBP was due to pressure from looming anti-trust measures anyway, which Apple would have never willingly conceded without it.

the 15% rate only applies to the first $1 million in proceeds, it does not work like a permanent tax bracket

There seems to be enough excuses for the US congress tho, they weren't that bothered to aid and abet the extermination of Palestinians with bunker buster bombs that wiped out entire bloodlines. Unless you mean that there is no excuse for a "terrorist" organization that is not the ally of the USA.
