I built Öcha because I was tired of algorithmic feed anxiety and bloated RSS readers. I wanted something that felt like reading on a Kindle—just pure text, with zero infinite scroll, no ads, and no tracking.
It supports RSS, Subreddits, and email newsletters via private inbound mailboxes.
You can try up to 5 sources directly on the homepage without creating an account or signing up (stored in your browser's local storage). I built the frontend in Svelte to keep it fast and lightweight. I would love your brutal feedback on the parsing quality.
