- Better Touch Tool - Paw - iStatMenus - Marked (I already owned this, but using it in setapp gives Brett a bit of cash per launch) - and a handful of others that I needed to use just once or twice

Drafts (iOS app) can do that. And it can save to Evernote as well.

But between Pinboard & Drafts, I don't use Evernote any more.

We use Restdown for REST API doc. https://github.com/trentm/restdown

For topic documentation we use Confluence, but not particularly enamored with it.
