<p>What has not been talked about here yet, and which isn't directly about AI, is this: "The benchmarks are neutral-to-faster, and the binary shrank by a few megabytes"<p>This says more about Zig versus Rust, and I was surprised by it, that a "direct translation" of this kind would give a somewhat faster and smaller binary.</p>
