I created three throwaway android apps in an afternoon to test my code. (All fairly well written)

In software it is now possible to test ideas instantly, this is great for people like me that have so many ideas.

It has been running for about 20 days, have a small companies email and web site running locally.

Would like to publish the setup so others can try it out as well.

A fun thing was to route local domain emails locally so they never have to leave the server.

Very little maintenance so far, mustn't speak to soon though.

I am running a local mail server using cloudflared tunnels and brevo for sending

postfix/sendmail/dovecot/ingress setup

I am really happy with the setup. (So far)

I saw this and decided it would be great for tracking my vegetable patch,

when i planted seeds,

when are they expected to germinate

when do i need to water

when will I get to harvest

Watering would be based on weather conditions

Did i misunderstand the concept?

I am surprised that not more people talk about this, I once had an ssh key deleted, so unexpected it took me a while to debug.

I would be very interested for as many people as possible to test this and give feedback. Particularly testing with different postures, hands, walking, different sensors etc. Very simple to setup and does not require expensive hardware.

I have always wanted to buy my food directly from farms but the logistics is daunting.

So I am creating an ambitious app that uses agents

Admin: -> handles all financial transactions and manages the app

Subscriber:-> entity who orders/shops

Market: -> the agents that work with the farmers or markets

Catering: -> for any processing or recipes

Delivery: -> handles cold chain, delivery, storage

Initially I will do everything but the idea is to delegate the agents

AWS is not value for money, I do have a DO account that is great but my development is mostly hosted locally with tunnels from cloudflare, it is remarkable how far you (I) can get with that setup.

I suspect that you used highly optimized algorithms written for python, like the vector algorithms in numpy? You will struggle to write better code, at least I would.

I have certification in Lotus Notes, I quite liked it. Fairly simple to create an application but not being open source was a problem.

Reminds me of the chicken feed app I saw about 40 years ago, before the internet It would find the best price for protein, carbohydrates etc in chicken feed looking at raw products like bone meal and maize with current prices. Remarkable actually, I wonder what happened to it? Anyone else remember any apps before the internet?
