It more or less complies with Betteridge's law of headlines, but since publication, the article was amended:

Taking compounded tirzepatide ($6000/yr for 15 mg/wk) and lost ~120 lbs. Ironically, sugar tastes a lot stronger, and food generally tastes better, but I don't want as much. Haven't seen any other changes or improvements.

I'm failing to find any study linking BVO to thyroid impairment in humans - obviously we're not going to dose people, but even a low-quality food journal correlation would be nice. So far all I can find is animals and BeWo. I'm nonetheless OK with seeing it discouraged (banning feels weird next to the ATF), I was just hoping for better data.

I've been using compounded tirzepatide for some time now, and it has dramatically altered not only how much food I buy, but what kind; in some cases, I'll spend a lot more per unit since I know I'm buying a lot less.

The secondary effects for medical device makers (fewer gastric sleeves sold, more artificial hips and knees) sound promising for everyone's health!

This study was measuring the effectiveness of trained suppression - not distraction or letting go, but specifically not imagining the event. I found it surprising, but at the same time avoidance might just have weakened the mental strength for doing exactly that.

Hear, hear.

Note that these points are interdependent: Staff must trust management will collaborate and iterate on metrics, and management must trust employees will not game the metrics. If those things are true, then success measured against those metrics (that flows into business health and employee rewards) will reinforce mutual trust. The opposite is true, too.
