The problem is that the losses indicate something worse. A breakdown of doctrinal disciplin- mostly created by chronic underestimation of advesaries in the region. If Israel can pulp the proxxies that easy, iran would be easy. Thus it was not necessary to do what ukraine does- mostly keeping planes in the air so they are not bombed on the runway, rotating them among bases - etc.
Which is specified as a strategy in the doctrine of the airforce.

Actually some of hitlers suicide orders went through. Germany relief on plundering Europe until the late stages of war. Then they converted all fertilizer fabrication to ammonition. Even if Germany had won 1945,they would have starved, because actually there were no measures taken for life to continue. Still got better of then the rest of Europe they laid to waste for insanity.

The wave was small compared to what's yet to come. And we can already perceive a rise in authoritarian governments and decline of left institutions. Putin is accelerating a declining process well underway and though we still will be here afterwards, we might not recognize ourselves in the mirror. War is to force your enemy to change his behavior by force. Putin might actually on the verge of victory here.

Waterfall is a constructed counter example. Nobody out side of safety sensitive fields like aerospace or the military ever used it and there it is only used because the requirements force it upon the developers. What good can a paradigm do, which basic starting approach is to define itself as counter move to a strawman.

Straw man, germany has physical speed limits on most of the Autobahn. Meaning the rightmost lane is usually filled with trucks, leaving one or two lanes, were the aging populations slowest drivers create a upper speed limits (usually 120). And even those struggle with those slow Netherlands caravans. Your habbits are not a borthright to be a traffic obsticle in another country.

All games that don't have a devs vs user-base monetization mindset.
In the end all games become what management considers a good game in its shark eats shark, one up in manipulation - world.
Then there is the fact that a inferior aiming tool (game pad) became the Togo for most modern shooters.
Its feels like a product who's producer mastered the complete mental manipulation of its user-base ages ago. Suddenly all your interests align every time and you wake up feeling used and abused while distinctly remembering having a different opinion before the good times.
Gaming might just be ahead of the dystopia curve here.
No wonder Yuri-industries pushes the narrative of the strong, self-controlled consumer.
You are entering the town of
