<p>This is a huge problem in the US. Tax-payers are subsidizing a lot of medical advances, then the US government gives it to the private sector, privatizing whatever medical advances were paid by tax-dollars.<p>Socialism seems to create a lot of markets for the Capitalist private sector.</p>

<p>I think you're going to see people start leaving Reddit as the IPO approaches and many will be coming to HN or other reddit-clones.<p>Half the comments on Reddit really do seem to be made by bots, you can easily tell when you look at their post history.</p>
