<p>I would be curious to hear your opinion on this when you are closer to the end of your residency program. The way medical education programs are structured is inhumane, no amount of money would convince me to go through it in its current form (assuming a north american perspective).

<p>What's missing here is the risk of the medical device not performing as expected on real patients.
