There's the town of Hot Springs.

They've commercialized the heck out of it. All the streams on public land have been dynamited (or so I was told), and there's the commercial facility that charges around $20 for a soak. That's South Dakota for you.

Someone recently fined Facebook $17 Billion. It was on the front page of NYT for 6 days (like as if it was a huge "get").

About 1% of FB's market cap. And their sins get washed away.

Everybody wins.

At this rate, fining tech-cos will be a major source of revenue for governments. Everybody wins.

So many misconceptions in this writeup.

Here's one: even if it were genetic, there could be triggering environmental factors that trigger the onset of autism (I'm just giving a hypothetical example, not making a claim here).
