Parents certainly care about all the things I mentioned, it even impacts their kids. This approach to safeguard kids online is completely impractical and utterly unenforceable and seems like a total waste of time.

There is no way to enforce any of these types of laws without an iron curtain that clearly violates the first amendment. If you have free speech infront of children in public I don't see how having infinite scroll on your website or app is any different. Parents should parent their children instead of the state. Its crazy how avoident California is of solving actually important problems like homelessness, mental health resources, housing crisis, yet infinite scrolling somehow is a priority.

There are very few ways to fight stuff like this and 100% agree this is a good one. I predict we are gonna need so much more of this type of obfuscation to just live our lives normally.

This is essentially a wiretap.

It's illegal in most states to place a listening device in public that captures private conversations, this is basically no different.

Thats a good explination. It does seem extremely noisy and not at all practical for fingerprinting a user compared to other methods. If you have javascript enabled assume you can be fingerprinted.

All i'm saying is its very very difficult to maintain over time as email is largely monopolized. If you send a lot of emails to a lot of different addresses its notoriously difficult to maintain a good server reputation.

unfortunately hosting your own email server is nearly impossible if you want reliable delivery. If you don't care about being put in the spam box then it can work.
