it's because software fundamentally has specific, measurable outcomes. it has to, that's why we build things: to do things. and in computing, necessarily, the things you do can be computed, which means they can be checked for correctness and reproducibility
much of an SWE's role is to artfully construct complex abstractions of reality in such a way that it can be understood by others, with the intent that it can be fixed or improved on in the future.
but if you don't _need_ artful construction in the first place, because you can just brute force AI slopped assembly language that's impossible (for MeatI) to comprehend, and the same AI is sufficient at improving and fixing it, then why do you need an SWE to bring artfulness to the table for you?
we're a long way off from this, ultimately, but imho, this is the broad strokes of it

> Prototaxites did not contain chitin, a major building block of fungal cell walls and a hallmark of the fungal kingdom. The Prototaxites fossils instead appeared to contain chemicals similar to lignin, which is found in the wood and bark of plants. ... best considered a member of a previously undescribed, entirely extinct group of eukaryotes
So these are the ancestors of Groot? or Ents? and all manner of "animated trees"?

that's not true at all. bitcoin is priced in dollars, and the value of the dollar changes, therefore the value of bitcoin changes. some people have dollars that they got more cheaply (through loans with lower interest rates) than others, and they're trading those.
economy is never a zero-sum game, because we're never all playing from the same positions of value

Probably don't want to help you "solve" this "problem" but, as we age, our liver produces fewer enzymes that help to process alcohol and the impurities found in liquors. Rehabilitate your liver and drink like you're young again. One method I stumbled upon with a bout of non-alcohol-induced liver function reduction involved taking turkey tail mushroom supplements

Tinfoil theory: Matt is actually paid by or invested in Silver Lake/WPE and using his position to tank the foundation on their behalf. Then WPE is actually king WP, and a new OSS foundation must rise from the ashes and they'll be there as trusted, responsible party to select the leaders
I admit, this is pretty far-fetched, and I don't even believe it, but I'd say the same thing about the whole affair
