<p>I like the idea. We tried with licence free walkie talkies, but it did not catch on. What it worked is the xplora watches. Only approved contacts and we can also contact our kids and check GPS position . They are a bit buggy sometimes but mostly fine</p>

<p>I have experienced some companies trying to tame wolves with agile type systems with poor results. I have seen wolves getting sick in cages, i have been seen wolves accomplishing amazing feats and being sidelined for not being team players by mediocre leadership because the leadership did not get recognition.</p>

<p>Excellent that people work on ergonomics, especially for moving away from the centenary typewriter model, but remember that 15’ of streching-exercise , call it yoga - taichi (anything with more than 1000 years :D) goes further than hours of the perfect static ergonomics</p>
