Deflection of low priority and low human resource requirement will continue to need such approaches. Those happen even without AI now but the way. It’s just too costly to have humans pickup a call for something that was knowledge related (deflect to knowledge and FAQ) or self service (what’s my outstanding balance) at scale

Hey hey
I'm launching this on product hunt and I did a show many months back but prfrm is way better now
prfrm - by ArchitectFWD, is a performance management platform. It is a platform for Teams, Startups & Organizations and also Individuals, Solo Founders & Families to organise and track goals, set plans and review periods to stay on top of development plans and set out the path for success.
Typically uses for Review periods, performance plans, goals
Also just added Team OKR
The Goals AI assistant can create meaningful goals linked to the OKR or to individual goals and plan outcomes
I included a journal to track progress
The AI assistant can go over the journal for next steps, talking points for the next meeting or check in
An a Kanban style schedule tracking
---
I built prfrm by ArchitectFWD because I was tired of traditional performance management
Spreadsheet.. blank cell ..what is next..
No more. I can set myself up, set a period, set the plan and outcome and use the AI assistant to help generate meaningful goals. I can track how I’m going and plot my path to success.
With the addition of team OKR (objectives and key results) the goals can be mapped to team objectives as well, strengthening goals to real business goals
https://prfrmhq.com goes to https://prfrm.architectfwd.com
There's a silent video on the landing of how it works in mobile view
If you want to comment on product hunt that's welcome too at https://www.producthunt.com/products/prfrm-by-architectfwd/e...
Lastly, want to see video's?
I don’t open devices more than necessary - on the bus I can’t it literally makes me feel sick to use my phone. I live in an area where it ends up a mix of straight but also windy roads.
On the train to be honest I find myself standing due to seat availability.
So I usually rest when taking public transport. I use it to close my eyes, look out the window or listen to music.

I think your proposal through to voting has merit, and a healthy community would pass good proposals, and hopefully you don’t get to an environment where people abstain. That means something is wrong and ultimately abstain is a vote in and of itself.
Self governance could end up like mutiny on the ship (I referred to that above) but we must have some form of governance or we have anarchy.
I wish you the best on the platform. Let us all know of any lessons you learn in time.

In good faith, I’d love to know.
Democracy as Socrates or written by Plato would have said democracy is hard to succeed at as it’s ruled by many who may not have the education.. wisdom.. to run well for all. Read Ship of State.
A certain level of freedom of speech is required, or else it’s a pool of similar thinkers. A collective who everyone else must talk and think alike, for the good of the collective. See Ayn Rand.
Pretty much like downvoting, I get downvoted without knowing who or why and is a form of censorship and one or more are offended or just don’t like it. Just cuz you don’t like it doesn’t mean it should be downvoted.
My other comment here on YT shorts being useful is an example. A down vote and all I said is “ I learnt drums for a song I like from shorts. Blanket bans are not a solution”
Take care to not apply so much policy that group think and collectivism takes hold.
