Our brains are constantly bombarded with ever growing information and noise. With mindfulness, deliberate separation from most of the daily noise we can all zero in our own purposes in life. This hard, doesn’t happen overnight but with little steps and a lot of patience we will find that eventual purpose. And you find it hang on to it. I found reading the New Testament brings me instant peace when my brain is in turmoil. Hang in there strong with spiritual closeness, removing noise and avoiding those negative thoughts.

Years ago, I was moving and I couldn't take a car worth $5000 with me. It was too much of a hassle. I thought of donating and the first thing that came to my mind was "Cars for Kids" because it was embedded in my mind from years of listening to their ads blasted constantly on radio. The donation was easy, they came and towed it away. I felt good thinking I was helping the local kids. A year later, I happened to look them up and felt absolutely cheated.
