<p>Both take more or less the same time to show a page, they just pushed it from the backend (old reddit) to the frontend (new reddit), but I'd say it is equally slow.<p>I'll stick to old reddit so they pay the bill (literally) for their ineptitude.</p>

<p>I don't think they can be compared. Brave profiles (well, Chrome profiles) are basically different browsers. They share nothing. They can have different settings, they can run a different set of addons, etc.</p>

<p>Same. For me it combines the best of Chrome (speed) with the best of Firefox (privacy). In fact I'd argue it's like having "privacy.resistfingerprinting" on, but without as many sites breaking.</p>

<p>I use it because I've written many filters for my favourite websites. Also you can use lists which can block even more things. In my case I've blocked all social network bullshit, including icons, share buttons, widgets, etc</p>
