legumes, grains, potatoes, seeds, nuts (if you can afford them).
plenty of protein in all of those things.
I've been vegetarian my whole life and vegan for the past 19years. I've never once had to think about getting enough protein. Having never eaten real meat and I don't much care about the fake processed stuff. I mean I'll eat it, but I don't buy it much. lentils and rice is a lot cheaper and tastes better imho.
I guess if it matters, I would say I'm a fairly active person. I bike for transportation when ever possible, I backpack and hike a lot, and typically work jobs in the trades or farming. So not a pro athlete but just keep active and moving.

10% of 2km? I feel like you had something set up wrong if you were trying to go long range. I did a basic test with a mestastic ttgo T-Beam, with the stock antenna no modifications and was getting 2miles (about 3km) through dense forest.
Out in the open it was much longer but I didn't test it fully.
Anyway I was super impressed, it might be worth trying again.

Not sure I totally follow what you are saying.
But I think I might agree.
Certainly agree to just engage with life and to not live based on societal expectations. (If that's what you are saying)
Key to this, for me, is to create community. Community is the only way I see to escape the cycle.

Why do people have to live in misery? (sort of a rhetorical question)
Sometimes it's hard for me to tell what is the bigger problem, having kids or that most people are living in misery, selling their life away for money and consumerism.
I can understand the argument for not having kids because you are bringing kids into this dystopia. But I could also see the argument of stop living and createing the dystopia.

Oh ok.
I don't have the resources (time/money) to fight things in court or pay fines.
I also have been hit enough times and have found things go a lot smoother if the driver is clearly at fault. Even in Portland Oregon (I say even because it is a fairly bike friendly city) cops seem to side with the car because the general mentality is, that is what the road is there for.
Anyway that seems like a strange recommendation from my experience dealing with cops while riding a bike. Not to mention the fact that some drivers tend to get aggressive towards bikes if your not following the rules.

>Novice riders are trained to stick to an invisible (or painted) bike lake which ends up with them being far less visible than they need to be.
I don't think it necessarily has to do with being a novice, sometimes it's just the law. I bike mostly in Oregon and as far as I am aware you have stay in the bike lane if there is one, unless you are passing it the lane is blocked. ORS 814.420
