I don't think it applies to folks on H or L visas. Wording from the site:
"Nonimmigrants, like students, temporary workers, or people on tourist visas, come to the U.S. for a short time and for a specific purpose. Our system is designed for them to leave when their visit is over. Their visit should not function as the first step in the Green Card process. "

Published web clipper for apple notes for free: https://avrhut.com/web-clipper-to-apple-notes/
Cost is the VPS instance, which I already had, and apple developer fee per year. I need the clipper for myself, and put it out there without any monetization strategy and many folks are using it now. Have thoughts about adding some features for monetization if users ask for more. So far, it is doing the job for me and haven't heard any burning asks from others, so plan to keep it as is.

Use the situation to your own advantage. Here is what I would do:
- Make sure to post on the community that this is happening and people should help call them out
- Use this to bolster your messaging and differentiation. Needs work, but will pay off in long run
- Start monitoring their keyword/domain name via tools like F5bot (or others) and start inserting yourself in those conversations. AI agents now make this possible for small teams as well. Play their game. And beat them at it.

https://avrhut.com/web-clipper-to-apple-notes.html
Working on solving my own pain point, around saving web pages to apple notes. While there are workarounds like singlefile and apple shortcuts, it ends up being a multi-step process, and limited search functionality within apple notes.
Also, experimenting with using texting to manage family calendars: https://textconcierge.ai/
