The fact that there have been so few of them throughout history of sports shows that this is an exceptional, uncommon situation. A small number of athletes compared to the total. It requires that a single individual possess many qualities at the same time.

CudaText is a wonderful software. I found it after a few years of using SublimeText (and after my current employer doesn't allow me to use it). CudaText is fast and has many plugins to manage every need as Notepad++, despite some roughness in some parts of the user interface compared to ST.

Enterprise programming is the management of labour costs, aka lowering software developer wages. Prioritizing systems is a way of pursueing this objective, while introducing less prepared people to work trying to limit their consequential mistakes.

This is how a poker TV table actually work now. Each card has an HF RFID tag, each position has one antenna where players must put card when not seeing them. In addition there is another antenna in the middle of the table to read the common cards. In the past mini cameras were used for each position in combination with OCR to decode the cards.
This sort of tables require collaboration from the players and from the dealer to obtain something useful to show on TV. They are instructed before the game.
