Feel like product-engineering-design orgs need to reorganize around:
prototypers vs. scalers
Prototypers:
- Prototypers are responsible for quickly validating ideas. Prototyping squads have a product thinker (more of a tinkerer - can be a PM or designer).
- After validation, prototypers build a basic architecture of the AI system that delivers a particular outcome to users. They're doing the scaffolding for problems or solutions with large surface area.
Scalers:
- Scalers are responsible for taking validated ideas and optimizing and proofing them to work for thousands of users and customers.
When building becomes faster and cheaper, the premium seems to be on productizing solutions to problems competition hasn’t discovered yet?

yeah that's true. the business side of me likes it - I can get things done so much faster. but the creative side of me - misses the satisfaction of building something from scratch, when I use AI.

Just that + suggesting Gemini in Chrome's URL bar would help normies discover Gemini and increase usage.
