Fucking obviously they are too low. Everyone knows this. Absolutely no one drives exactly the speed limit. Speed limits are low to increase revenues from speeding tickets.

Except multiple leaks have proven this isn't some crackpot conspiracy theory. Whether or not the NSA, CIA, or FBI were specifically targeting Trump, his communications, and ours, ARE intercepted and monitored.

The modifications installed by your phone company, etc. are not open source. The baseband chip's firmware is not open sourced. I've even heard of DMA being allowed over baseband as part of the Lawful Intercept Protocol.
