Look at anything from publisher New Blood Interactive on Steam for a starting point. Mostly retro style FPS from differing eras, but there are a few other game types. Plus you'll struggle to find any that don't have thousands of user ratings in either very positive or overwhelmingly positive brackets.
Gloomwood (first person stealth) and Fallen Aces are a couple of gems still in early access.

Wow, I've never heard anyone else describe that.. but I had the same on Win95 (iirc) after messing about with the COM port setup too much. You could try to load a website and see there was no transmission going on whatsoever.. but then if you grabbed the mouse and moved it around you would instantly see data transfer happening again and the page would start to load.

This is similar to the Rogan interview, but I figured I'd mention it here too.
MrBeast was just on Flagrant with Andrew Schulz for 4 hours, a day or so ago:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WGrk7Mzm4uo
This was also an interesting and fun interview which I expected to skip over fairly quickly but ended up listening to in the entirety.
Some discussion over how you would lose something like 3% of viewers if somebody sneezed, went to the toilet, and so on.. Other things to avoid, like any signalling that the video is winding down will lose you a huge chunk of viewers instantly.

Yes. IIRC there were two low level Twitch employees who won something in the giveaway, but I believe they were entered because they performed chat moderation (yes, using the same mod tools normal channel moderators use) for the streamer in question (Trainwrecks). It's being made out like this was some form of bribe, but that seems disingenuous given they have (had, one died, one left the company) no influence over Twitch policies, and the decision to accept gifts (or not) is their responsibility as an Amazon employee either way. Perhaps they have colleagues who they could sway who are involved in policy setting, but that feels like reaching to me.
However take this with a pinch of salt too, I wouldn't like to bet on being fully correct! ;)

I'd love to know how often a 'reject all' button actually objected to all 'legitimate interest' crap too.
I expected the answer is site and consent management system dependent, so where I really couldn't avoid one of these sites, I'd manually object to all legitimate interest first before pressing it.
I have a feeling that OP has used this feature and that it's part of their complaint.
I've been using it for many years by now, and have essentially given up on it recently.
I'd often set for past year/month and get articles, reviews, etc that were clearly dated many years previous. I don't know if the site are responsible for the gaming of search, or Google themselves, but the result is the same. I have some doubt that PC hardware review sites are gaming dates on their old articles, although I accept it could be in their interest to do so too.
