<p>Just please pay attention to your electrolytes while trying this.  I'm a big fan of keto. However please learn how the body responds. You may need to purposefully add electrolytes (yes including salt) to offset what ends up being flushed out. Often people can become light headed, experience sick like feelings (aka keto flu), and even pass out. All due to a need for electrolytes.</p>
