This is not an issue of being filmed in public, this is an issue of not having the choice to opt in or out of the aggregated data harvesting performed by unregulated AI models owned by unregulated for-profit corporations that have no legislative oversight or safeguards.
If a human followed me around in public recording me, went through every frame and highlighted my face, my car, my license plate, dents and scratches that identify my car, where I'm going, what I'm doing, cross referencing that to other public information to build a dossier, I would have a solid case of harassment against that person. That's some stalker shit.

Your comment reeks of elitism and condescension. If you're this upset over a public comment on a public forum, perhaps you should take your needless pedantry to a private forum where you can moderate out anyone with differing perspectives.

"But don't expect standing ovation is my very subtle point."
that's the exact reasoning why parents who complain about how hard it is to be a parent get no sympathy from you. You blew a load in somebody (or had a load blown into you) and another human popped out. That's a choice you made for yourself, nobody forced you to, and there is a big giant swath of people out there who couldn't care less.

"don't get me started on dog/cat people who..." listen dude, you chose to have kids. You and your partner made the conscious decision to produce life, maybe instead of complaining about it, just live it and stop vilifying people who made different choices than you did.
You talk about your children as if they're a burden and that's sad.

I don't see these being used outside of high earning households in gated communities. The same humans being exploited for their labor, whose earnings are hoovered up by the ultra-wealthy, barely have the discretionary income for food and clothes.
It's that old tinfoil hat theory that the Jetsons and the Flintstones took place in the same point in history, the Jetsons were in the sky with their mind-bending technology, all their needs met, meanwhile the Flintstones are down on the planet, working menial jobs wearing and eating literal scraps.
The common man will never see a household robot, that is unless they cobble together enough components that have been discarded by the haves to be used by the have-nots.
To the point of your statement, humanoid robots will certainly fill lots of niches, it'll be fascinating to see what becomes prevalent first: menial labor, agentic-type household assistance, tutoring the kids, walking grandma across the busy intersection, sex tasks, etc.

Easy there cowboy, this isn't a 'safe space' argument, this is an argument for preference. You are more than welcome to gallivant around while publicly nude, while others are more than welcome to prefer not to. That's really the crux of it.

Tell that to old Joe Dangly-sac using the hand air dryer to blow the water off his old sagging balls.
I walked in on that the first time I ever used a public gym and that shit is seared into my memory--that was enough to turn me off of the locker room for some time and you know what, I don't miss it.
More often than not, pub[l]ic nudity is innocuous, nothing remarkable, but there will always be the outlier that spoils the rest of the bunch by doing weird shit with their genitals, be it drying them where theyre not supposed to be dried (see above), touching themselves in a sexual manner (seen it in a few different locker rooms, and of course the old naked men who are more than friendly to younger, naked men.
I for one say good riddance to the nude locker room. Fuck that shit.
