Under international law, countries have complete and exclusive sovereignty over this airspace, just as they do over their land. They aren’t “taking someone else’s rain” because the clouds they’re seeding are effectively theirs anyway

There are so many variables. All it takes is a few able bodied guys to start up a company and prey on people who need to move, sometimes short notice. If a job gets screwed up, no big deal, just start another company or have another friend do it and team up.

Not necessarily. Many places require deer tags to be purchased. If you shoot a deer, you have to tag it. Many hunters also won’t kill just any deer. It’s often better to let the deer live for another season to let it mature.

Anecdotally, I’ve seen many republicans be anti-Israel and anti-Palestine, anti-Ukraine and anti-Russia. Their stance is pro-America.
