Outside of frontier model providers, the vast majority of "AI" branded products/features just don't feel high quality.
AI generated media (art, music, etc) is very repulsive to interact with and so many products feel like they have led with AI solutions to problems that don't exist.

For context: my team has 3 product engineers and a PM/product lead at an small series A startup.
Our PM has recently been asking to start contributing changes/features into our core (web) customer facing application using coding agents. The PM doesn't have any engineering background but has experience using Claude Code/Codex to develop hobby style apps in his free time for the past year or so.
I am curious of what other teams are doing and how its working out?

Our product lead/manager recently sent me an AI generated PRD (complete with a Claude Code spec!) to build a core feature which we have had for over 2 years (and is a highly used core feature by our customers).
I just can't imagine tanking my trust with my coworkers by doing something like that.

Maybe I am using it wrong but it feels much closer to Lovable than Figma. I was expecting this to feel like the two products combined. Certainly better than Lovable though, but a little disappointing.

I have gone in the summer once and it was busy but still an amazing experience. I have been twice in the winter/off season (they clear the roads right after snow!) and we had the park basically to ourselves. Was absolutely fantastic.

I can't articulate why but AI generated images like this are so off putting. I am actively trying to avoid my toddler from seeing stuff like this.

San Francisco isn't uniformly dense and narrow, but it does have both, and it's run remarkably well so far.
