You don't need an interface to just prompt and get a response from chatGPT it works pretty much out of the box with the API. I guess these interfaces make the interaction a bit more user friendly though.

The site doesn't appear to be getting much use, there is one little free library in my neighbourhood and as others have mentioned here in their neighbourhoods as well, but the sites search engine isn't picking these up.

This is also not correct, it depends on which economic model you are looking at. Some assume equilibrium some study transitory dynamics to the equilibrium. You can't make general statements like that and expect them to be always true, you need to refer to a specific model not the field as a whole.

One could always use Choquet expected utility to get around any behavioral objections to the von Neumann or Savage axiomatizations of expected utility theory. Unfortunately this ergodic paper by Peters is simply not a constructive contribution to the debate but rather a red herring.

Combining it with bash and psql + csvkit + xsv will give you a powerful combination for data ingestion, wrangling and training all on the command line this would seem to have clear benefits for fast development and prototyping.
