Completely agree. Or maybe, just like most products in tech -- they are currently en route to "take out" style data deletion... and it's being released shortly.

I was under the assumption that because of GDPR (which is in effect..).. or current "end-user metadata storage" best practices.. if you (a website/or app) didn't immediately disclose to the user what data is being used, stored, and why it is -- then you shouldn't store it at all.
If you agree that the world needs better examples today, then Samsung has definitely showed one.

>> He didn’t just mean that there would be a deluge of school reading, he meant that there would be so much going on around campus that reading for fun would be a kind of admission of social failure
It’s very clear that op’s father doesn’t value education first nor does he care to provide that influence to his children.
Such a sad situation.

>> SpaceX has many owners, especially post-IPO. You, too, can buy the sky and sell the sky.
Perfect, how can this not be a win win for anyone not involved?
An opportunity for everyone to become wealthy and scale our riches together.
Without Elon, how would so many of us .. “ever have made it”?

I feel like OP brought up a good problem to solve, with no solution. I dream of the days where posts like these end with "5 ways to better execute on this today".
Instead, we get a zooming in/out raccoon (making fun of the reader, IMO) for recognizing this problem via the OP author.
Maybe it's just a really hard problem to solve across all devices & latencies... Perhaps more time needs spent on "problem solving" vs "problem description".

Also, thanks for bringing light to a significant issue / topic— I feel like there’s a lot of ….
solo standing, no corporate or faang job (at the moment, by decision) & “founding status” technical full stack eng.. but “pre-revenue” for whatever projects you passionately pursue regularly.
“If you can’t create the curriculum for the day, how can you expect to succeed eod”
Hence, you gotta make it fun for yourself.. the items you achieve and get done after, will be a piece of cake (8-9 write only, until eod, read only + journal: tom > today).
You got this!

Hey man, the best way to go about this — is to gamify your schedule and make your self do the items you desire to do. Whatever you plan for your day 8-9am every day, can be “read only” until you journal eod.
Trust me, I’m adhd. Good luck!

Thanks for sharing!
What are your thoughts on Roller Coasters? Hit a good theme park, ride maybe 6 with your eyes closed within a couple of hours.
I can't help but feel riding one (Roller Coaster) is much more optimal than $200/hr flying a plane, and much safer than a motorcycle, even if you rented vs purchase one.
