Technology is not neutral, nor it does exist in a vacuum. It is not neutral due to the fact that humans are not impassible wielders of technology.

Using psychedelics, specifically 2C-B and LSD, you can also see very saturated colors you don't normally see in daily life. I see very saturated magentas.

I also had an encounter with government software...

I think the long-lasting solution will be to move to a web-based application system, instead of depending on Desktop applications made for Windows or Linux. Using a web app system, the government only has to concern itself with proper development and maintenance of servers and web apps, and the public workers can use any operating system with a web browser.

The point of music during a psychedelic experience is to provide a reference for the passing of time and to help with progression of thoughts. Music guides you through your thoughts, avoiding loops, by providing a changing texture, melody, rythm, and story.

This is on top of the other effects of music, such as emotional effects.
