The claim that it should have come up in a government vetting process seems to be proof that one should publish one's own dating information before entrusting it to a site that might have lost it or worse might provide it to a government specifically.

That's not logical. If the savant has perfect recall and makes minor edits they are like a digital copy and aren't really like a human, neural network or by extension any other ML model that isn't over-fitted.

Drawing on one or even a few experiences for a conclusion for all of Europe in all sectors is a bit much. Scientific Organizations are not looking for local language skills. Many are in Germany which is very bureaucratic about other aspects of life, but they all spend their time on standardized International bureaucracy. The Universities in other countries might be harder to get in to, yet I wouldn't buy a $250k US University scratch ticket in a field like science. (The US University is a particularly poor investment for less qualified students.)

Ask Rudy Giuliani or any architect foolish enough to take a project from him. While Trump might know more about protecting people who help him than he did then, it would be out of character for him to expend the time it takes to sign something if his benefit in the transaction is over.

IMO they don't sound loke they actually have better trade offs for comic books than LCD yet. I.e. poor color and low resolution.

Leaving a color screen on a set page seems like the real use case. Signs, often idle museum UIs, etc?

Control is met by having ample choice. You are eroding control if you settle for a duopoly where your movement between them is more hassle for you and balances out by the unhappy moving in the other direction.

You really have to make a distinction between monopolies of control and the rest. If you can go to multiple shops, restaurants, etc, then you have selection as control. The troublesome ones here have a lot of lock-in, if you can just move towns, switch phone OSes, etc, then you've probably sacrificed quite a bit to avoid that lock-in.

Not wrong, deceiving. Real GDP is down because of some factors that cancel out and because the President sucks. Is the correct way to read that executive approved message.

I get his PoV, but I think most people who have thought about it know which tools should have been used at the end of the cold war. The difficulty is precedent and the preference to the power two factions over structure.

Doing something to fix the US' executive branch problem with the proper Amendments would be likely to fail because it would be too neutral to collect from lobyists or sell on emotion.

On time trains by terminating each side in Konstanz or Milano are an easy way to satisfy Switzerland, but as a passenger it just means missed reservations on an earlier train.

I'd give different advice.

You shouldn't share state secrets with the US. They will be on or transferred between misconfigured cloud accounts. Some agency will eventually get authorization for analysis of them with an intention of financial espionage. The probable or confirmed loss of them will serve as a plausible deniability for the US when it misuses them.

Fad intangible assets is pretty mind boggling to me. If you are thinking someone is the next Shakespeare while they are alive then you are probably going to be wrong and when you are right their coin should warrant a future value that is marginal compared to whatever the teeny bops actually prefer in a hundred years.
