Show HN: Eliminating low-LTV support ticket spam with grounded RAG

saturn5k — Thu, 03 Sep 2026 13:29:15 +0000

Hey guys! So we initially built this for our mobile game dev studio to automate handling of support tickets. But we added a bunch of useful features on top. We quite liked using it and decided to spend the past four months so that anyone can use it. I'm happy to announce that now it's live with a free tier.

I want to keep building on top of this and make it as useful as it can be while requiring the least amount of human input. I have a bunch of ideas for features, and I look forward to hearing any ideas from you.

Thanks for reading.

New comment by saturn5k in "DeepSeek V4 Flash 0731"

saturn5k — Sat, 08 Aug 2026 09:38:13 +0000

For the last 3 months I've been using V4 Flash Free with Hermes through Opencode Zen both personally and at my company and I've been having a great experience so far. It's my go-to model for terminal work, managing my entire ubuntu server, Cloudpanel, managing static websites, doing SEO audits, network tests, DNS troubleshooting, e-mail deliverability troubleshooting...

Furthermore, in my company we are using MCPs for Google Ads (it manages our ads), Analytics, Search Console, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Clarity... We use it to crawl specific websites and send daily summaries to our sales team in MS Teams channel. We use it to send daily summaries on marketing statistics and analytics... All with a FREE model. We are rarely hitting any limits so far and in case we need more tokens - we use NOUS or openrouter to pick between Flash or Pro for specific tasks that require more churning.

AMA.

New comment by saturn5k in "Instagram users: Reels algorithm is suddenly serving extreme violent content"

saturn5k — Wed, 26 Feb 2025 22:05:06 +0000

I literally just had this discussion with a friend an hour ago. My feed was mostly photography content, motorcycles, tech... and today I was bombarded by the most brutal dying videos and some of them were not even behind a safe screen. I feel awful and sick. This is getting out of control. I've uninstalled the app.

New comment by saturn5k in "Cheap blood test detects pancreatic cancer before it spreads"

saturn5k — Thu, 13 Feb 2025 21:13:11 +0000

My best friend died of pancreatic cancer at 41. By the time he received the diagnosis, it was too late. The cancer had metastasized so extensively that the surgeons could do nothing when they attempted to operate. What began as mild lower back pain led to a slow and agonizing death in just a few months.
