  This change has coincided with a sharp increase in the number of patients who are upset by the time they speak to her. On a typical day, as many as a third of her almost two dozen triage calls are with patients who have struggled to access appropriate care.

This seems like it's working, actually. Similar to automated Amazon warehouses experiencing a seemingly paradoxical increase in injury rates compared to non-automated ones.....it's very possible this is simply selection bias and the patient triage overall is improved greatly.

I wonder if escalating to Opus or Fable would change the behavior for the larger system level issues. I see the mention of starting with Opus, but now that the project is further along, perhaps a chance to take a second look.

In addition to the minimum wage they get paid, it's also the minimum (negative) value they add. There's zero reason to do better at a job that already is a waste of almost everyone's time.

I just bought a month of GO two days ago, I feel you. However, given access to both Flash and Luna there, probably still worth the $10 a month. I've been very happy with Flash's ability to implement a detailed, focused plan from Sol/Opus.

Aerosol injection is only a reasonable solution if you believe that temperature increase is the only drawback of additional CO2 in the atmosphere.
