I think the way to do it is to notify her estate and let them pursue it or not. But I'm really just here to say how I'm happy to pay her estate and publishers and everyone else should too.

As another comment points out, Le Guin herself does not call this a translation, so we shouldn't misrepresent it (although it might be my favorite English version).

However, it's not in the public domain. Her work deserves all the attention it can get, but I'd rather not see it pirated wholesale.

Not at all. I'd say the motivation for talking things through lies on a spectrum between brainstorming and bitching, and people have a need for both, just be aware of which one you're doing. A complaint can be stoic.

I'm curious about what's fueling your hatred of C++. In my experience it depends heavily on how it's being used. Modern C++ used competently can get you really far, but I don't know how easy it is to find an environment like that these days, considering the amount of garbage code you can find written in it.
