Post your videos on Rumble. Lack of competition for YouTube causes a them to have power and a monopoly. Competition removes this power. Rumble has gone publicly traded. They have become a peer to YouTube. Smaller. Their ads keep them profitable for the long-term, so accept their ads being not quite as smooth as YouTube as the cost of preventing being censored. Or from YouTube being able to have power of what is allowed to be communicated.

Keep creating your videos. Keep supporting these projects. We need them.

I'm finding historically critical videos disappear from the internet. There was one interview with Jack Dorsey that he was threatened that if he didn't allow censorship rollout over twitter, that he felt (or was told?) they would remove twitter from the mobile app stores and kill it.

Do you want to see that interview? It has been scrubbed off of the internet. This happens with many key videos in history. We need a FileCoin IPFS way to use open source blockchain way to keep these videos forever. Even beyond the lifetime of any author, owner or company.

LibreELEC and JellyFin can be the open source part of making them easy to retrieve and watch. Open source for freedom. Blockchain for publishing freedom. Controlling information is their weapon. Protecting freedom for information spread keeps all other freedoms protected (and defendable).

Replacing Google with open source. Imaging this: 1) An open-source competitor to Google Search exists 2) It exists in "Front-end nodes". This is the website user interface. Search query entered here. It then searches cached indexes. 3) Searches fall in two patterns. a) Frequent searches (top 20m search query phrases), b) long-tail rare (beyond top 20m) 4) Here is how "Frequent Searches" results are built. * They are built before. Updated once a month * There are LLM prompts on how to assess web pages against a search query. This is about taking the top 5,000 website contenders, and ranking those exactly * There can be contention on these LLM. This is how that is solved. * Stake holders. Each is a company or an owner of a website with human content. They have the ability to vote. This is towards "fair" LLMs to reason on finding the best match for a term. * They vote away LLM prompts that skew or overly focused on one area. 5) Long-tail searches may be redirected to a DuckDuckGo like solution. Bing / Google / DuckDuckGo compete to be fair to win the traffic 6) The search front-end gets add revenue for Frequent searches. Their job is to do advertising to get customers to switch from Google search 7) The Frequent Search final results of voting are saved in the blockchain. From the once a month LLM compute. 8) LLM compute may happen with different LLM vendors, to weed out bias. 9) The LLM prompt runs (once a month), may happen at ~200 (or 2,000) different open source servers. Run by different people. What wins, is consensus on what most matches. This weeds out bad actors and bias. 10) Big non-tech companies may pay for this, in order to get SEO to work again, for their revevnue. Organic traffic. Ford, GM, Home Depot, AT&T, SalesForce, Oracle, J&J, P&E, GE, Colgate-Palmolive, General Mills, Kraft, etc.

WikiLeaks was persecuted. Their credit cards processing was turned OFF. Bitcoin saved them. There have been free speech social media sites BLOCKED by Stripe and all credit cards, and debanked. They switched to crypto. Marc Andressen on Joe Rogan personally knows many dozens of people personally debanked because they were persecured by the government & debanked. Not for drugs or fraud.

I think the defensible business models in AI are up-the-stack. Windsurf category is one example. There are more.

AI will lead to far bigger work accomplished than one prompt or chat at a time. Bigger work flows on humans upgrading and interacting with AI will be a big critical category for that.

I wonder if this is happening: "Hey US military drone manufacturers! You are allowed to test your drones at night. Don't say anything publicly. Start RIGHT after the Nov 2025 election. STOP right when Trump gets in office. Extra points if you put big lights on them."

Let's keep the citizens starting at the night sky and scratching their head.

It happened right after election. If they few in the day time, it would be easy to find out they are military test drones. The citizens wouldn't be as distracted.

They need to put them in jail. In the 1990s, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) did price fixing and they sent Michael D. Andreas, Terrance S. Wilson, and Mark E. Whitacre to jail. They need to do that here.

Fight back: 1) Get video of everything 2) Try to get video of their in room search 3) Get names of the security people and upper management 4) Share facts on line 5) The find the legal entity's ownership. Find out who. Publish 6) Put videos online 7) Warn all hotels and conference companies of this vendor. 8) Look for intel links. It may cost them far more in security and lost of future revenue for any revenue they gain this week. This is likely not done for more revenue. Look for other reasons it is being done 9) Publish all. Have fun with it.

Not disputed. You didn't go far enough. Saudi intelligence agent met a set of the attackers in L.A. at the airport. He drove them, and had their first apartment setup. They started using computers in that apartment using Flight Sim software, for them to start training flying. He gave them cash. They scheduled enrolling in their classes in the Florida flight school from that apartment at that time.

The reason the government lies on inflation isn't 2024 politics. Much older reason: 1) High inflation in 1960-1970s from stagflation 2) 1973 "COLAs" Law was passed, forcing increases in social security when inflation happens 3) By 1983, the US gov mathematically couldn't give those increases. Inflation raged across 1970s. So the government rigged CPI (inflation) numbers, by changing models 4) ShadowStats.com gives details and historic numbers 5) Lying about inflation numbers helped every politician from 1983 until now. 6) But citizens know the truth when they run out of money paying bills mid-month when they used to be able to pay for everything.

I don't think his comment means women are worse in the bay area. The bay area with far more males, then women are in high demand, and low supply. They have more bargaining power and can navigate to fewer men.

It doesn't mean women are bad. But the dating environment can be less advantageous to men in the bay area than other markets. Moving can be logical without implying anything wrong with women.

The opposite. Department heads get fired for allowing blow-ups in their area, that should have been avoided. "Getting credit" means keeping the job managing the department via preventing problems.
