We’re getting subsidized training. The inference is not a loss leader. And since providers can run hardware at 100 percent 24/7 their per token cost is going to be far below mine, regardless of how long I’m willing to wait for a token to come out.

We thought it was mean to homeless people to make them pay for bathrooms and made it illegal to charge. Then once bathrooms because a massive cost center, we closed all the public restrooms and made it a sex offense to piss outside. So now instead of making homeless people pay $1 for a toilet, we throw them in jail at a cost of $100k/yr.

GPU cost is about half of datacenter cost. Other half is cooling, power and networking.

Ironically, the coca-cola in Mexico uses high fructose corn syrup. It's the Mexican coke they export to the US that has sugar - which breaks down to glucose and fructose in the presence of phosphoric acid anyway.

Anyway, the only thing Mexican about Mexican Coke is the "Medio Litro" on the bottle.
